Our innovative online learning platform is designed to make language learning accessible, engaging, and efficient for learners of all levels.
We are seeking a Bilingual Pedagogical Advisor to help shape the future of language education in Canada. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, experienced in working with diverse learners, and committed to driving excellence in pedagogical practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and refine pedagogical strategies for our online language programs.
• Advise and support instructors to ensure effective teaching methods and optimize learning experiences.
• Collaborate with curriculum designers to maintain high educational standards and align learning materials with current trends.
• Provide expert advice on bilingual education practices, particularly in the context of online learning.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure that teaching approaches align with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 1500 hours of experience in the education sector in Canada.
• Experience working with government bodies or government employees.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Canadian university.
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a remote, collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in online education and e-learning platforms.
• Familiarity with Canadian education systems and regulations.
• Strong project management skills.
