As we expand our operations, we are looking for a multifaceted Presales and Executive Administration Specialist to play a key role in our engagement strategies and executive administrative functions.
Job Summary:
The Presales and Executive Administration Specialist will be instrumental in spearheading our outreach to clinics and retail outlets, as well as managing high-level administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive, highly organized individual with strong capabilities in client relations and executive administration, preferably with experience in the footwear or orthopedic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted cold and warm calls to clinics and retail outlets to introduce BILLY Footwear and assess client needs.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in targeted sectors.
Oversee comprehensive administrative duties, including executive scheduling, document management, and coordination of internal and external communications.
Support the executive team in various capacities, contributing to strategic meetings and corporate communications.
Facilitate client feedback to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
Assume additional roles within the company as needed to support various departments and projects.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, client relations, and high-level administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or retail sectors.
Experience in the footwear or orthopedic industry is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Capable of handling multiple priorities and roles within a fast-paced environment.
Educational background in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields is advantageous.
