You
You have graduated with your Project Management Professional (PMP) from an accredited university or college, and you have made a significant impact to the workforce. You have developed a firm understanding of theories and practices associated with project management and applied them throughout your career.
You have superior time management skills and thrive under the pressure, you are excellent at creating/building relationships, and can communicate efficiently and effectively.

Position Summary: Working as part of the Project Management team, the role of Project Coordinator is to assist the Project Managers and Site Superintendent with guiding construction projects from design, estimating and bidding, through to completion, while ensuring project documentation is organized and information flows throughout the project team efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Physical Conditions – Prolonged sitting and use of computer appliances in an office environment.

Position Summary: Working as part of the Project Management team, the role of Project Coordinator is to assist the Project Managers and Site Superintendent with guiding construction projects from design, estimating and bidding, through to completion, while ensuring project documentation is organized and information flows throughout the project team efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing contract administration for assigned projects
- Working with the estimating department to assist in generating project budgets
- Handling of project communication and information flow between all stakeholders
- Ensuring all project documentation is current and properly organized
- Handling the distribution of project information in a timely manner
- Maintain monthly project cost reports
- Track Change Order lists and Back-charge lists
- Process and track shop drawings
- Assist in coordinating submissions, distribution and approval of shop drawings
- Process and track SI and RFI to and from customer
- Distribute and communicate with/to affected trades/parties/job sites
- Prepare trade contracts
- Assemble and distribute bid documents for trade / supplier bidding
- Track document distribution, monitor deadlines, process bid submissions
- Monitor and update project schedules
- Update stakeholders of project delays and schedule revisions, assist PM to resolve scheduling issues
- Assist with estimating
- Identify task assignments in site meeting minutes
- Ensure field documentation is current – drawings, SI, addendum, H&S registrations, H&S orientation forms, contact lists
- Coordinate with field staff for timely submission of receipts, schedule status reports, field authorizations, time sheets, red lines, field reports etc.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the President and as required by the Project Managers from time to time
- Assist other team members with overflow workloads as may be required from time to time
- Experience with AUTOCAD
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Master’s Degree is an asset
