Position Title: System Administrator
Location: TBD (Ontario, Canada)
Company Overview:
Patry Group of Companies is a leader in construction management and project delivery in Ontario. We are currently seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and optimize our use of Fieldwire by Hilti software, provide training to new staff and subcontractors, and ensure the accurate and efficient handling of project data.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Fieldwire by Hilti Software Management:
  • Implement, configure, and maintain the Fieldwire software platform to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any software issues promptly.
  • Training & Onboarding:
  • Develop comprehensive training programs and deliver them to new staff and subcontractors, ensuring they are proficient in using Fieldwire.
  • Provide ongoing support and training as needed.
  • Data Management:
  • Collect, filter, and organize data from Fieldwire, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Prepare and distribute data reports to management, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Statistical Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze collected data using statistical methods to generate actionable insights.
  • Create detailed reports and visualizations using advanced Excel techniques, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Software Support:
  • Assist with project documentation and collaboration using Auto CAD and Bluebeam software.
  • Ensure all digital tools are integrated effectively into the workflow.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or project management sector.
  • Expertise in Fieldwire by Hilti software or a comparable platform.
  • Strong training and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and other advanced functions.
  • Familiarity with Auto CAD and Bluebeam software is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills.

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 CAD per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
