Quality Assurance Specialist

KTI Limited is excited to introduce a new Quality Assurance Specialist position responsible for maintaining application quality. If you’re a QA guru with experience in data quality management, and an independent worker, then this opportunity for you. Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in utility, government, or institutional database QA.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Meeting regularly with various project managers across KTI
- Reviewing electronic work orders within our application database for accuracy
- Validating all fields are present, and correctly entered
- Reviewing digital photos within the electronic work order system
- Correcting work order data errors
- Communicating common issues to the project team
- Compile and maintain relevant project metrics for weekly QA progress meetings and audits
- Work closely with IT to implement changes to application to enhance QA
- Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by your manager
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma
- 3+ Years in a data Quality Assurance role
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience dealing application databases
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project) and Microsoft Office including Gantt charts
- Experience managing/supervising multiple applications/projects
- Experience working in municipal/provincial/federal capital projects.
- Experience in water, waste-water, water distribution or related industries
