Right at Home London has an immediate opening for outstanding Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses to join our care team providing support in London and area for our clients.
This position will foster your love of nursing and work in our client’s homes rather than a clinical environment. Duties will be varied, as you can appreciate, as each client will be unique.
The positions will start as part time but could evolve to full time in the future for the right candidate.

Qualifications for Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses:

• Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario in good standing with the College of Nurses
• Police Criminal Reference Check (VSS)
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with the support of your team
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Must be physically and mentally fit to handle the demands of the position
• Must be passionate, patient, caring and committed
• Drivers License and a Reliable Vehicle Required

Duties of the Position:

• Travel to your client’s homes to provide care as needed for each client
• Attend to your client’s needs and requirements within your scope of practice
• Utilizes appropriate communication skills to obtain information from the client and/or family and appropriate members of the service delivery team.
• Provides complete, relevant assessments of the client/family and their environment utilizing established procedures.
• Selects and implements strategies or interventions from established care plans in consultation with client and/or caregiver and health care delivery team.
• Describes, evaluates and documents client’s responses to care utilizing established procedures.
• Utilizes best practice guidelines at all times.

Successful candidates should have access to a vehicle as the position will require you to visit multiple clients.

Part-time hours: Negotiable
Wage: $33.00-$37.00 (RN) - $28.00-$30.00 per hour (RPN),
