Remote Corporate After Hours Support Representative (Bilingual) - S

This is a remote position within Ontario.

Our Roadside Assistance department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This role is specifically looking for candidates that can work overnights.

What you’ll do
Role we are currently sourcing for:

(Remote) Bilingual Corporate Roadside Assistance Representative

Respond to a wide variety of requests from Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance and Home Services customers such as dispatching a service provider to provide roadside assistance, general inquiries on membership benefits/product features, enrolment, etc. which ultimately will build loyalty to the Canadian Tire brand
Supporting with Triangle Rewards customers
