Your Role as a Career Advisor:
As an Admissions Sales Expert, you’ll be at the heart of helping students start their journey with Career City College. You’ll make an impact every day by guiding students toward programs that suit their goals and ensuring each interaction is memorable and productive.
What You’ll Do:
1. High-Volume Sales Excellence:

• Engage with prospective students through a high volume of calls and outreach activities to connect them with the right programs.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs while inspiring students to reach their potential.

2. Student-Centric Approach:

• Create a positive, supportive experience for students, helping them navigate their options and feel empowered about their future.
• Be a trusted resource and advocate for students as they make life-changing decisions.

3. CRM Mastery for Prioritizing Prospects:

• Leverage CRM tools to organize, prioritize, and follow up with prospective students efficiently.
• Use CRM features such as tasks, calendar scheduling, and the sales funnel to stay organized and ensure no student is left behind.

4. Admissions & Process Mastery:

• Become a subject matter expert on our programs, admissions requirements, and the application process.
• Guide students smoothly through every step, keeping things organized and efficient to maximize their experience.

5. Sales-Driven, Goal-Oriented Culture:

• Bring a strong, goal-oriented approach to every interaction, staying motivated to meet and exceed your sales targets.
• Contribute to a culture that celebrates achievements, where self-motivation and results are rewarded.

Qualifications:
Are you the right fit? Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Proven success in high-performance sales, with a focus on high-volume activities and meeting KPIs.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools to track and prioritize prospects through tasks, calendar features, and sales funnels.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with prospective students.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; you’re motivated, goal-driven, and thrive without “clock-watching.”
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or student-focused roles.
• Knowledge of Canadian education and immigration regulations is a plus but not essential.
