The Returns Associate will be responsible for managing the return of goods from customers, ensuring that returned items are processed efficiently and accurately. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory integrity and customer satisfaction.

- Pay rate: $19.00/hour
- Location: Oakville, ON
- Shifts: 8:30am- 5:00pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Unload and load trucks and move freight using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments in the inventory management system.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
- Receive and inspect returned products to determine their condition and reason for return.
- Accurately log return details into the inventory management system.
- Process returns according to company policies, including restocking, refurbishment, or disposal
- Accept and inspect returned merchandise from customers, ensuring items are returned in accordance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially excel
- 3 plus years' working experience in 3pl or warehouse environment
- Degree in supply chain/ logistics would be an asset
- Previous warehouse experience is required
- Previous returns experience is an asset
- Comfortable with WMS and TMS and other related software
