Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and a keen interest in helping customers enhance their living spaces with our beautiful window treatments. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and guiding them through the selection process to ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences for window treatments.
• Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and customization options.
• Demonstrate and explain the operation and functionality of different window treatment products.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate window treatments that meet their aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Prepare and present quotations, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Collaborate with the design team to create custom solutions tailored to customer specifications.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Maintain the showroom visual standards, including product
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in home décor or interior design.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Advanced computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move merchandise as needed.
