*SEASONAL* ONLINE DEPARTMENT TEAM MEMBER
Hardpressed is a design focused clothing and lifestyle brand that is inspired by the province we call home. We aspire to have a positive impact on our community, our customers and our team. We began as a custom screen printing shop designing and printing for musicians, clothing companies, businesses and non-profits across Canada. During those years, limited edition runs of our shop merch were released and demand started to grow. Our founders, Steve and Whitney Thomson, then began to evolve Hardpressed into a retail store with an in-house line of provincial inspired apparel complemented by lifestyle brands they loved.
We are currently hiring for temporary, seasonal positions running from the beginning/middle of November to the middle of December. We have full-time and part-time positions available. Both full-time and part-time shifts are during store hours: Monday-Sunday, 9:30am-5:30pm.
As a member of our online team at Hardpressed you will:

• Be integral to creating and maintaining a systemized flow for fulfilling orders
• Ensure all quality and fulfillment standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Problem solve and ensure minimal mistakes
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Work with creative, driven, and fun individuals

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and openness to corrective guidance
• Willingness and ability to work weekdays and weekends
• Ability to work efficiently as an individual and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Physically capable of being on your feet for most of the day as well as lifting or moving inventory or boxes up to 20lbs
• Courteous and professional
• Inclusive and positive attitude
• Fulfillment experience is an asset but not required

As part of being on the online team, you also have the opportunity to deliver some of our online orders within Saskatoon as our Seasonal Saskatoon Local Delivery Driver. Shifts are during store hours: Monday-Sunday, 9:30am-5:30pm. Please let us know if you would also be interested in the delivery driver position when applying.
As a delivery driver at Hardpressed you will:

• Adhere to delivery routes and ensure deliveries are made in a safe and timely manner
• Have opportunities to learn other small tasks such as tagging and inventory management if there is down time with orders
• Assist the online department with order fulfillment
• Work with creative, driven and fun individuals

Qualifications:

• Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License - Class 5
• Clean drivers abstract
• Comfortable driving a company vehicle in winter conditions
• Strong time management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Courteous and professional
• Inclusive and positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 1.5 month
Pay: $17.00 per hour
