As the Senior Delivery Lead, you will contribute to the overall success of the Canadian Banking Engineering team by aligning bank strategic goals to key initiatives ensuring specific goals, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

Ability to see the strategic “big” picture and connect the dots to lead initiatives from discovery to implementation overseeing all phases, proactively identify issues/risks, lead teams to resolution, and provide effective reporting to stakeholders and management

Lead in taking and promote accountability across teams from discovery to production

Proactively manage risks in an effort to limit issues allowing teams to maintain productively and maximize valuable outcomes
-
Work autonomously and collaborate with other business or technology leaders to establish and execute on common outcomes

Champion a growth mindset focused on customer value based outcomes

Thrive on ambiguity and embrace challenges as opportunities

You have a University degree in technology, computer science, engineering OR equivalent experience

You hold 5 or more years in progressive roles within Engineering/Technology, which includes at least 2 years leading a team

You combine passion with pragmatism. You have emotional intelligence; you can read a room. You balance when to push and when to back off. You are intentional in all your actions.

You have command presence. You have charisma. You are innately able to influence others for the good of the individual, their team, and the organization.
