Senior Project Manager - Otherlife

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
- Lead the initiation and execution of projects, defining their scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
- Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams in strategy, design, development, and marketing to ensure seamless project execution.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and serve as the central point of contact for project inquiries.
- Determine project resource needs and allocate appropriate personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring they meet project standards and quality requirements.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify and assess project risks and dependencies and create proactive mitigation plans.
- Continuously monitor project health and implement contingency measures when needed.
- Facilitate decision-making processes to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
- Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and accomplishments for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. PMP certification is an asset.
- Proficient in managing projects that span multiple disciplines such as creative, strategy, design, web3, development, and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a critical thinking approach to complex project issues.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering excellent results.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about web3 technologies and their transformative potential.
- 5+ years in a Project Management role, preferably within an agency setting
