WHAT DOES A SERVICE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN DO?
In this entry level position you will take great satisfaction in repairing medical oxygen and sleep equipment for Careica Health, as well as other respiratory companies throughout Canada. In a typical day, you will:
- Gain satisfaction by using your mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment
- Use your skills in technology to input information and order parts using a variety of automated systems
- Take pride in providing exemplary customer service to our valued clients over the phone and following-up with them on timelines
- Take pride in organizing and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness of the warehouse
On occasion, you will be required to provide coverage to your team by delivering equipment to our other offices.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
- Completion of high school
- Basic mechanical ability
- Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Strong organization skills and tech savvy
- Supply-chain management experience an asset
- Able to maneuver up to 50 lbs. unassisted
