About the Position
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Showhome Host is responsible for engaging and welcoming visitors and prospective customers, answering questions, and registering visitors into the customer database.

What We Offer:

• Wage Range: $21 – $25 per hour.
• Paid training and development programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and show home visitors, set-up appointments, answer questions and provide general information about the company and the suites for sale.
• Assist the sales team with completion of various tasks, such as conducting house checks, and assisting with reports.
• Ensure products from the sales center, show suites, and predesigned inventory are presented professionally and marketed according to company standards.
• Converse and connect with customers to ensure they remain on site if a Sales Associate or a Project Sales Manager is unavailable or speaking with other customers.
• Welcome visitors and assist with registering clients, showcasing the features of the show suites
• Discuss community features, amenities and services which provide value and interest to prospective customers.
• Answer phone calls to the sales center promptly and maintain a professional demeanor in all conversations.
• Support customers through the sales process.
• Engage in high quality customer service, going above and beyond reasonable customer requests.
• Assist with sales center opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure visitors and customers are informed of any jobsite hazards during ongoing construction phases.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED desired.
• Two (2) or more years of customer service experience in a professional environment preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of best practices in sales and customer service is required.
• Previous experience in a role demanding greater customer satisfaction and sales target achievement preferred.
• Intermediate computer competencies, specifically with Microsoft Office, is preferred.
• Must be willing to work 11:30 am – 5:30 pm Wednesday to Sunday.
