minimum Site Supervisor – Geomembrane Installation Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage and supervise on-site installation activities to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
· Work closely with the Project Managers and have ongoing daily communication and reporting.
· Represent TET professionally in front of clients and manage onsite client communication.
· Manage and grow your crew and establish commitment, responsibility, and accountability.
· Complete the daily documentation according to TET’s procedures, including and not limited to safety, quality, daily reports, LEM sheets, expense receipts, and any other project requirements.
· Maintain the assigned mobile Installation trailer, equipment, and trucks.
Skills and Experience:
· High school diploma or higher.
· minimum 10 years of Geosynthetic industry experience, and 4 years in a leadership role.
· Ability to travel to remote locations and to be away from home for up to 28 days.
· Pertinent/required safety training courses and tickets including Leadership for Safety Excellence.
· A construction trade or engineering technology program would be an asset.
· “Certified Welding Technician” IAGI training certificate is an asset.
· “Plastic Welding in civil Engineering” LEISTER training certificate is an asset.
· “Setup Operation & Maintenance of Dem Tech Equipment” Dem Tech certificate is an asset.
The successful candidate should have a combination of technical, management, and interpersonal skills. You are effective in safety, high-quality work, client relations, and productivity.
