Stretch Lab is seeking an experienced General Manager to champion the launch and success of the North Vancouver location
Stretch Lab is a unique wellness concept, offering customized one-on-one assisted-stretch sessions in a beautiful, open-concept studio.
As part of the 3000+ location Xponential Fitness group, Stretch Lab has over 500 locations in the US and Canada. Additional locations are coming and there will be growth opportunities.

About the position
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of Studio Operations. This role is primarily concentrated on Sales & Marketing, Member Retention (70%) with additional focus on Recruiting & Management (20%) and Operations (10%).

You have a background in full cycle sales in a B2C environment, and are capable of “Leading From The Front” in producing sales. You thrive in the dynamic atmosphere of a startup/studio launch with confidence.
About the studio
With your leadership, the Stretch Lab North Shore will have a successful pre-opening membership development campaign and continue with success through the early operating phases and onto a mature studio. It will be a fantastic destination for members and an amazing place to work for our motivated team who share our values and passion for wellness. This pre-opening campaign will begin in January and the studio is expected to launch in April.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of demonstrated excellence in comprehensive studio management
  • Successful track record driving all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaborate with studio owner
  • Accomplished in hiring, training and leading employees
  • Impeccable writing, grammar, communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
  • Excel with computers and studio management software
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
  • An affinity and passion for fitness and wellness
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
DUTIES
  • Effectively manage a high-volume of inbound inquiries through trial to membership sales
  • Oversee social media management & content creation
  • Execute continuous email marketing campaigns
  • Manage ongoing event-based outreach marketing efforts
  • Seek out and capitalize on PR and partnership opportunities
  • Design, develop and execute B2B/Corporate memberships
  • Manage member contracts, including collect out-standing dues
  • Build, lead and manage a team of 10+ employees (Sales Representatives and Flexologists)
  • Recruit new employees on a continual basis, as needed
  • Analyze, track and submit studio reporting & forecasting (sales, staffing, operation, revenue, P&L)
  • Ensure that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
