Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher Supervisor IT
Supervisor-
• Mentor guide sta1, hold sta1 accountable through documentation process, submit
newsletter and calendar monthly to Facility manager by the 21st of each month,
Complete month end checklist by 5pm last day of each month, uphold all licensing
standards, Direct communication with families, create and execute a program of
age appropriate activities, uphold Taylin policies, Ensure all children’s files are
100%, Maintain quality and cleanliness of centre, Employee annual reviews, Verify
all opening, closing, and monthly checklists are completed, Ensure fire drills are
recorded and Annual Disaster drill, Monthly vacuum maintenance, monthly AC
maintenance, Record monthly outdoor maintenance book, Create Care plans and
update annually as needed, - Sta1 Payworks-
Experience:
- Experience in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Knowledge of early childhood education theories and practices
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage children in learning activities
Skills:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
- Experience working with children of various ages
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting children's progress and communicating with parents
- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire young learners
- Organizational skills to maintain a well-managed classroom environment
- Knowledge or experience in special education is beneficial
