Work Expectations:
- Available 40 hours per week.
- Availability to work in EST Time zone 9-17:00 is essential.
- Reachable after-hours and weekends for critical issues.
- Fluent English and strong communication are key.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Client communication must be top-notch.
- Assisting clients and internal team over the video meeting, phone, chat and email in resolving website and server-related issues.
- Assign, track and Q/A Trello tasks for clients.
- Manage a team of developers.
Being able to resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Issues include but are not limited to:
- Website glitches (broken elements on site, contact form delivery, permalink issues, unsecure site, unresponsive site)
- Hosting configurations
- SSL and domain setup
- Troubleshooting email issues
- Setting up Google Analytics, Google Search Console and fixing tracking issues
- Fixing email issues
- DNS setup for website and emails
- Basic API configurations
- SMTP Setup for contact forms delivery
- Basic on-page SEO is required
