About IT
As a member of the IT team, the selected candidate must have a solid understanding of windows OS, office suite and IT issues solving problems. This role is essential to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of our IT systems.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:
- Provide technical support to end users
- Resolving hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with other technical teams to implement projects and technological improvements
What we’re looking for:
- IT Technician degree
- Basic verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid knowledge of windows OS systems
- Demonstrable skills in technical problem solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
