Who are we looking for?
Our office in Santiago, Chile is looking to bring onboard a motivated Business Development Partner . As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible to support the Environmental Market with insights and future planning. The key stakeholder for this role is the US Environmental Market Leader to support initiatives related to the Americas Environment Market as well as the Canadian Environment Market as needed.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
Present Activities:
- Create related case studies
- Planning and team organization to execute projects as needed
- Landing page content administration/ lead landing page redesign
- Collaborate in creation and execution and launch of marketing strategy
- Create Competency Offering, client presentations, and related marketing materials
- POC for brand trademark process
- Create and maintain Project list and Client list
- Administrator of Yammer pages
- Provide guidance in the creation of the PFAs landing page
- Guide prospective clients through sales funnel
- Lead internal Tech Talks on topics as needed
- Assist in the development of projects
- Develop SOQ packages and client presentations for the Environmental market using In Design, Powerpoint, etc.
- Create and manage video content for the Environment market’s internal and external platforms.
- Aid in the construction and ongong management of i Connect’s Environment landing page and an Environment Resource Library
- Assist with a cadence of internal reporting
- Conduct market research for different industries within the Environmental sector, generate industry reports, pull insights
- Be the POC for all US Environment Workshare team enquiries
- Translate project proposals for the local Chile Environmental Studies team
- 5-8 years’ experience providing secretariat and research/insights support to executive teams or advisory committees.
- Relevant bachelor’s qualification in business, arts and/or communications.
- Proficient and fluent English language is a must.
- Proven ability with technology-enabled solutions and timely delivery of actions/tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in writing, documenting research and in producing accurate and concise minutes and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving capability.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work in a global role across time zones
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Proven relationship management skills.
