A DAY IN THE LIFE
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager of one of our divisions (Dermatological Beauty Division), you will be responsible of driving profitable online sales growth for this commercial division within assigned key e-commerce accounts.


You will also lead on the:

• Develop and execute a winning E-commerce strategy across 10 key accounts, including pharmacies, perfumeries, department stores, marketplaces, and last-mile delivery platforms.
• Spearhead L’Oréal Chile’s participation in major online shopping events (Cyber, Black Friday, etc.) to achieve record-breaking results.
• Manage the P&L, vendor relationships, negotiations, product assortment, inventory, and the digital shelf, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Design and implement a data-driven Retail Media strategy to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team of talented individuals across digital, trade marketing, commercial, and marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience as E-KAM
• Bachelor degree in business administration.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Be curious and task oriented.
