They are currently for someone who leads the Project Management Office in Chile.

- Set and enforce project management standards that align with organizational goals.
- Prioritize project portfolio management to align with business strategies and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Implement project management tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and guarantee project success.
- Develop PMO policies and practices to cultivate a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and improvement.
- Mentore PMO team members to promote professional growth and high performance.
- Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring regular updates and satisfaction to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct project evaluations to incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
- Oversee PMO budgeting and financial management to keep projects within financial targets.
- Advocate for best practices in project management across the organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness
