Acerca de la posición:
Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el rol de Multitecnico, para unirse a nuestro equipo:
Ubicación: Providencia, Chile.
Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 8am a 5pm (derecho a hora extra)
Tipo de contrato: Tiempo indefinido.

Objetivo del puesto:
Asistir al FM en las Operaciones del día a día en las instalaciones. Asegurar que los clientes tengan un alto estándar de servicio continuamente.

Responsabilidades:
Realizar revisiones diarias al equipamiento del sitio y asegurar su operatividad, conducir mediciones de su funcionamiento.
Acompañar proveedores externos en trabajos realizados para la comunidad.
Operar todo el equipamiento en las instalaciones, HVAC, tableros eléctricos, generadores, etc.
Realizar reparaciones menores eléctricas y mecánicas en las instalaciones

Requisitos:
+2 años de experiencia en cargo similares
Experiencia manteniendo equipos eléctricos, generadores y sistemas críticos.
Experiencia en sistemas de aire acondicionado como CRAC, VRV, fancoils, Chillers, y otras (Cassette, split, etc).
Experiencia en gasfitería y sistemas hidráulicos de edificios
