Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.
- Use CRMs to track, manage, and organize sales activities.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
- Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience as an SDR or in remote sales.
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level), both spoken and written.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track prospects.
- Ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and able to take initiative to drive results.
- Extroverted and comfortable with outbound calls to potential clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Experience selling Saa S products.
- Enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
