Work you'll do

• AI技术成果转化：参与将AI Demo、MVP项目工程化，确保系统的稳定性与可扩展性，支持项目顺利上线。
• 技术支持与协作：在研究和应用落地过程中，为团队提供技术支持，解决技术挑战，推动AI应用的高效实施。
• 技术研究与创新：专注于人工智能应用的系统设计和优化，进行技术研究，推动系统性能的提升与功能实现，确保前沿技术在实际应用中的落地。
• 数据库设计与管理：设计和优化数据库结构，保障数据存储和处理的高效性与可靠性。
• 系统架构设计：基于常见技术框架（如Django, Flask, Spring Boot等）进行系统架构的设计与优化，为AI模型优化和业务逻辑提供可靠的技术支撑。
• 系统集成与优化：研究和优化AI模型与系统的集成方案，推动系统的高效运行和长期优化，确保模型集成后系统性能的持续优化与提升。

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

• 扎实的研发能力：精通Java编程语言，能够高效编写和优化Java代码，具备丰富的技术研究和应用经验。同时，熟悉其他主流编程语言（如Python、Go等），具备跨语言的灵活性，能够根据项目需求快速掌握并应用新的技术栈。注重代码质量与可维护性，具备良好的代码风格和技术文档编写能力。
• 有参与人工智能应用相关项目的经验，或曾将研究成果成功转化为应用。
• 熟悉研发流程，具备持续集成/持续交付（CI/CD）的实践经验，能够支持研发流程的高效迭代。
• 对AGI（通用人工智能）等前沿领域有深入了解，并对该领域充满热情与信心。
• 自我驱动：对AI及AGI（通用人工智能）等前沿技术充满热情，愿意持续研究和探索，推动技术在不同场景中的应用与发展。
• 协作与沟通能力：具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，共同推进AI项目落地。
• 加分项：
• 系统架构设计经验：熟练掌握主流研发框架（如Django, Flask, Spring等），具备微服务架构设计经验优先。
• 数据处理与优化能力：熟悉SQL和No SQL数据库（如My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB等），具备数据库架构设计、优化与管理经验，能够保障数据的高效存储与处理。
• 云计算与系统架构研究：了解主流云计算服务（如AWS, Azure, GCP等）或本地架构技术，具备研究和应用基于Docker、Kubernetes等技术的系统集成和优化经验者优先。
