Job Description:
Job Responsibility:
Be responsible for AR accounting under sub-ledger and AR reporting, mainly for East China
Customer management
Support both external and internal auditing
Lead related financial accounting process improvements and policy amendments
Respond to queries from business team and other cross-functional team in a timely manner
Support treasure team for cash flow management & improvement
Act as an active role in driving automation initiatives and process improvements
Any other ad hoc assignment
Experience or skills needs:
About 3+years relevant working experience in accounting, tax filing and bookkeeping (desired but not mandatory)
Have 5+ years’ experience in handling Accounts receivables
Demonstrated knowledge of accounting processes and cycles
Be familiar with AR operations in D365 or other ERP systems
Good skills of Microsoft office
Fluent in written English
Focus on high-quality deliverables with an emphasis on timely and accurate communication
Detailed-oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required
