• Coaching Share Service Center on month-end closing, SAP system accounting issues.
• Leading statutory reporting and tax audit/reporting.

• Building up UMP China FP&A process and structure.
• Coordinating other functional teams on Forecast and Plan preparation (TOP line and bottom line).
• Assisting Finance Director on providing comprehensive comments/analysis on monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results.

• SAP and HFM super user, be able to complete knowledge transfer and training to Finance and non-Finance users.
• Working together with global project teams on system enhancement if necessary.

• Be able to standardize financial practice of UMP BJ and SH, build up UMP China process documentation.
• Implementing changes to align business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience on US GAAP, PRC GAAP and tax operation.
• Strong accounting knowledge and practical experiences in FP&A area.
• ERP and Financial reporting system experiences (SAP, HFM will be a plus).
• Proactive and high ownership on responsibilities, being able to work independently.
• Good communication skills, willing to learn and initiate solutions.
• Strong team player.
