Main Responsibilities:
To support Senior BI manager to handle all related sales system development and Innovation
  • Daily sales reporting and provide business analysis and reporting with punctuality and accuracy
  • Keep improving sales operation systems and policies and process
  • Lead sales incentive calculation and dominate system automation
  • as a project leader on guiding & coordinating all parties involved (especially with IT & IT vendors)
  • Making sales system training and coaching to relevant users

Who we are looking for:
  • Strong analytical skills, project management skills, Market Knowledge: Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse Channel; Sales, Field & Merchandising Processes; Proactive, dynamic, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, result-oriented, English – fluent
  • Computer skills - advanced Excel, PPT, MS Office user
  • Excellent organization skills and strong logical thinking ability.
  • Project management / process development.
  • Agility and adaptation to changes.
  • Strong ownership and responsibility.
