About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is looking for Assistant Director of Sales-MICE who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Working in Sales and Marketing , Assistant Director of Sales-MICE reports to Director of Sales .

What you will do
1. Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
2. Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget.
3. Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
4. Help identify sources of individual business and allocate the resources to develop relationships with them.
5. Handle all aspects of familiarization / site inspection groups including enquiry, coordination and execution thereof.
6. Manage account management system (Delphi) effectively.

What you bring
1. Bachelor above education background
2. At least 3-year work experience in international hotel chain
3. Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language.
4. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
