• Manage APAC regulatory compliance projects on both cosmetic ingredient and finished product to support R&I innovations. 1. Develop robust compliance solutions with cosmetic regulatory expertise, risk assessment and recommendation, to both upstream and downstream innovation projects led by APAC R&I hubs and coming to Asia markets. 2. Master internal compliance working process in close cooperation with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance of product, ingredient and distribution in China and Asia. 3. Provide consolidated Asia compliance inputs to global teams with solid regulatory interpretation of Asian markets, to support the global regulatory projects. • Develop up-to-date regulatory knowledge summary and training programs for APAC region in collaboration with local Scientific Direction teams in Asia, support team effectiveness and upskilling of APAC and global Regulatory Community. • Cooperate with local SD teams and intelligence team to address RA issues.
