• Develop and implement governance frameworks for the wealth portfolio to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and group FIM requirement.

. Responsible for governance requirement design / implementation / monitoring (cover all INVETMENT Products across in branch / phone / digital channels), and customer/product suitability review to deliver a simplified, consistent experience
. Responsible for all the risk identification related to INVETMENT business including but not limited to internal audit, etc. and ensure that identified risks are subject to appropriate remedial action
. Coordinated with Group and local stakeholders to implement product governance related projects, including but not limited to model risk, Volcker rule, etc.
. Ongoing monitoring and maintain the overall INVETMENT product & service’s lifecycle can fulfill the local regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and manage risks associated with the wealth platforms, including cybersecurity, model, data privacy, and operational risks etc. And fulfill the group FIM requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or product governance, with a proven track record of control and governance experience.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and regulatory environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good at PPT and paper works with strong presentation skill and logic thinking.
