1. Responsible for the sales in the assigned regions with direct account responsibility for a set
of existing and developing new EPC engineering companies/distributors/crane partners.
负责所分配区域的销售工作,并直接负责现有 EPC 工程公司/经销商/起重机合作伙伴/以
及开发 EPC 工程公司/新经销商/起重机合作伙伴。
2. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect
current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
评估市场趋势,收集竞争对手信息,识别影响当前和未来区域销售和盈利增长的趋势。
3. Demonstrate full understanding of sale campaigns/offerings to communicate them clearly
to EPC engineering companies/distributors/crane partners sale executives.
熟知销售活动/产品,与 EPC 工程公司/经销商/起重机合作伙伴/销售负责人清晰沟通。
4. Build networking and establish relationship with professionals and business associations
to acquire new customer base.
建立网络,与专业人士和商业协会建立关系,以获得新的客户基础。
5. An entrepreneurial individual who can help accelerate company business presence in all
the relevant markets within their defined territory.
富有责任心,能够帮助加快公司在其指定领域内所有相关市场的业务发展。
6. Proactively manage and build customer relationship and provide good after-sale service.

7. Provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities.

8. Responsible for creation of channel strategies and successful execution of Channel
partner business plans including contract negotiations, sales, marketing and services go to
market plans.

9. Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids,
Proposals and Statements of Work. Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve
win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.

Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:

1. Associate or above degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.

2. At least 5-8 years sales experience in lifting machines or related industry. Have project
experience in crane, petrochemical industry, familiar with explosion-proof hoist products
and EPC project.
5 - 8 年以上起重设备或相关行业销售经验。具备起重机、石油化工行业项目、防爆葫芦产
品和 EPC 项目经验。
3. Current experience with Auto CAD and Solid Works will be added advantage.
有 Auto CAD 和 Solid Works 经验者优先。
4. Able to identify, break down and solve a variety of difficult technical problem.
能够识别、分解和解决各种技术难题。
5. Proven ability to work independently with a minimum of supervisor input.
具备独立工作的能力。
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work with cross functional team
members to achieve a common goal set.

7. Highly motivated and have extensive experience in successfully selling large ticket
solutions in the responsible regions.

competitors and market landscape is required.

9. Have strong presentation, written and oral communication skills as well as
the demonstrated ability to work as a team.
