• Pitch Project Management
• Analyze the client's pitch brief requirements and collaborate with senior leaders to develop a winning pitch strategy.
• Manage the pitch project, including team assignment, delivery timeline, quality management, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Ensure the complete execution of the pitch strategy and timely submission of all materials.
• Conduct post-pitch reviews, summarize findings, and refine strategies to improve future pitch success rates.

• New Business Pipeline Development and Management
• Analyze new business opportunities in the market, the contract expiration times of potential clients, and the key needs of client decision-makers.
• Arrange proactive client engagements to enhance clients' willingness to cooperate.

• Exploration and Development of New Growth Opportunities.
• Based on changes in market demand, work closely with specialized teams to develop new capabilities for the company and explore new markets and client needs.

• Business Intelligence Data Management
• Provide business insight with 3rd party media agency evaluation companies, like COMvergence.
• Track business development progress for China management team and global growth team.

• Minimum 7 years of working experience. Bachelor degree or above.
• Experience in media pitches projects, good planning and communication skills and optimistic attitudes to collaborate with different types of people.
• An active thinker, with strong sense of problem solving. Strategic thinking and good at story telling as plus.
• Fundamental knowledge of office tools (eg. PPT, excel)
• Experience in strategic planning is a plus. Preferably worked in 4A agencies before.
• A demonstrated depth of understanding of the industry & business as plus.
