RESONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the execution of projects in collaboration with the Business Development team Track and report on the internal Dashboard to monitor the health of the business.
• Provide support and assistance to the business development team in achieving their goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and assist the Business Development leader with the performance review of the Business Development team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for effective communication within Greater China departments. Ensure clear and consistent messaging across all business units and functions.
• Act as the internal point person for reaching and resolving business development hurdles.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key partners to enhance business opportunities and growth.
• Accept other work arrangements from the Business Development leader.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and driving business development.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexible for the change of working scope according to the business needs.- Strong ability of data analysis

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in multinational saas companies.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and project management tools: jira, confluence,anaplan
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
