The primary purpose of this role is to understand, decode and materialized the strategic direction of PN China business transformation plan.
The Project Leader is accountable for overall Project delivery of the business transformation, engages different stakeholders, guides and works closely with the project workstreams to deliver significant projects and initiatives.
This role would lead the Project Transformation and play a very critical overall leadership of the cross functional project workstream execution team and responsible for the project delivery flawlessness.

What are we looking for?

• Strategic planning and goal setting by working with project workstreams to create schedules and detailed project plans
  
• Develop and Support Project execution strategy
  
• Responsible for the Project Resource planning
  
• Lead the team of project workstream owners to execute the project consistently. Track deliverables, resources, timeline thorough all the project phases
  
• Manage and support the creation Standard Operating Procedures to maximize operational effectiveness
  
• Responsible for local liaising with region and global key stakeholders and report project performance to the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
  
• Responsible for communication and engagement with project team members.
  
• Stakeholder Management and Communication both Internal and External
  
• Establish the appropriate project governance
  

What will be your key responsibilities?

• 10+ years of experience with background in project management, business management, supply chain and etc.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple deliverables simultaneously and meet deadlines
  
• Significant Mars business understanding and Business Acumen.
  
• Significant people leadership skills and organization agility
  
• Strong in navigating complexity, balance stakeholders
  
• Proven strength in delivering results and/or driving change through leading multi-functional teams
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
