As we are continuing to grow our China Campus, we are looking for a CNC Operator to be based in Shanghai.

Major Responsibilities of the Position:
主要岗位职责

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Swiss lathe style) as needed.
• Assist inspectors with part inspection and machine adjustments.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally.
• Clean, maintain and calibrate CNC machines.
• Tool changing as needed
• Work in small parts dimensions and hold tight tolerances within quality requirement.
• Follow safety instruction and keep daily safety running.
• Assist to train new CNC operators.
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
• 调试设置和操作数控机床，加工所需零件。
• 协助质检员进行零件检查和相应机床调整。
• 对零件进行外观和尺寸检查。
• 根据需求对工具进行更换。
• 按要求清洁、维护保养CNC设备。
• 校准数控机床。
• 严格控制小型零件在质量要求的公差范围内。
• 保证每天安全操作。
• 协助培训CNC操作员。
• 上级指派的其它任务。

Qualifications
资质要求

• Minimum Technical school/ college education background
• Minimum (three) 3 years of CNC relevant working experience
• Experience with Swiss-style CNC lathes is a plus.
• Previous medical or dental experience is a plus
• 技术大专/职业院校以上学历背景。
• 有至少三年以上数控相关工作经验。
• 有瑞士式数控车床经验者优先。
• 有医疗或牙科经验者优先。

• Good eyesight and manual dexterity.
• Attention to fine detail and high quality.
• Good blueprint reading and precision measuring skills
• Able to read job related English, good conversational skills preferred

General office environment and manufacturing environment. May be exposed to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools. May require moderate lifting. Requires manual dexterity and the ability to manipulate small objects.
