Position Summary:


? Operate the equipment in this area according to the SOP of the area to ensure that the equipment in this area operates in good condition.

? According to the production plan, complete the safety production and quality indicators of the post.
根据生产计划，完成本岗位的安全生产和质量指标。
? Do a good job of GMP and 5S in the area, and keep the work site clean and tidy at all times.
做好本区域的GMP和5S工作，时刻保持工作现场的干净整洁。


Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


? Operate and adjust area machine efficiently to obtain the maximum recovery and complete production tasks.
高效操作调整区域设备，以保障得率，完成生产任务。
? It can control the normal operation of all equipment in the own area and conduct regular patrol inspection to ensure the sound operation of all equipment，and verify it according to the requirements of the work instructions and make records.
控制区域内所有设备的正常运行，并定期巡检，确保所有设备的良性运转，以及按照工作指导的要求进行验证并做好记录。
? Ensure that all finished products meet quality standards.
确保产品都符合质量标准。
? In case of regional equipment failure, timely report and participate in the solution.
当区域设备发生故障时及时汇报并参与解决。
? Complete the cleaning work of the post according to the procedure and meet the cleaning requirements.
按照程序完成本岗位清洁工作，并达到清洁要求。
? Complete regional on line test as required. If the test results deviate from the recipe, should be adjusted and reported in time.
按要求进行区域实验，如果实验结果与配方有偏差，需及时调整并上报。
? Make records and data entry for the post.
做好本岗位的记录填写和数据录入。
? According to the process, do a good job in 5S, abnormality and loss map of the post.
按照流程，做好本岗位的5S、不良点和LOSSMAP工作。
? Perform other corresponding work assigned by the superior.
执行上级分配的其他相应工作。


Requirements:
To effectively perform in this job the position holder must have:
Experience:
1. High school graduate or above
教育背景：高中毕业以上
2. Had worked in food manufacturing experience is preferred.
有食品加工经验优先。


Knowledge
? Have knowledge safety and GMP requirement of food manufacturing.
