• Must have a very good understanding of all operations in the packaging area.

必须对包装区所有的操作以及原理具有非常好的理解。

• Be able to organize cut changes for the packaging area.

能够组织好包装区的产品切换。

• Can operate and calibrate Metal Detector, Check weigher and Ishida scales.

能操作并校准金属探测，重量检测和ISHIDA计量机。

• Be able to keep all packaging personnel informed of where the start / end of the line is and write down the changeover time on the Packaging Information Board.

与包装操作人员保持良好的沟通，使他们知道产品在线上的运行情况。如实填写SQCDE板上的换膜时间。

• Become familiar with the grade sheets used by the Quality Control department for all products.

熟悉QC各产品的保准。

• Be able to provide continuous training / guidance to all packaging personnel.

能持续对包装区人员给予现场培训。

• Be able to communicate with the Maintenance department about any mechanical or electrical concerns or issues that arise which could affect the packing ability of the fry line and / or the specialty line.

能与维修部门就影响包装效率或包装质量的机械或电器方面的问题进行沟通。

• Be able to communicate with the QC grader on any concerns or issues that arise that you have control over (i.e. length, bag codes, case codes, etc.)

能与QC操作人员就包装涉及的问题如产品长度，袋码，箱码等进行沟通。

• Be able to communicate with production supervisor on any concerns or issues that arise in the packaging area.

能够对包装区的问题及时与生产主管沟通。

• Reports directly to the Production Supervisor.

直接向生产主管汇报工作。

• Ability to perform all packaging and sanitation as per written procedures.

能执行所有的包装操作以及清洗程序。

• Implement rework according to Supervisor directions.

根据生产主管的安排进行返工。

• Complies with company’s safety policies, procedures and regulations.

遵守公司的安全政策、程序和规定。

• Maintains good housekeeping his supervised area.

负责保持包装区的卫生。

• Minimum frozen waste and monitor product flows on an hourly and shift basis

监督每小时的冷冻损和每小时的产量。

• Maximized packing rates

确保最大的包装线速。

• Handover shift to oncoming packing Forman

交接班时交接清楚。

• Other duties as assigned.
