Work you'll do

• Apply domain expertise and experience to recommend solutions against the client’s transformation agenda.
• Advise, design, implement, and manage client transformation, coordinating several work streams to deliver against a client’s objectives.
• Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients
• Influence clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people
• Deliver exceptional client service; maximizes results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
• Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns people to objectives and sets priorities and direction
• Develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities

We are looking for someone with

• 8 + years of experiences in consulting experience.
• Ability to leverage specialized System Delivery & Modernization domain knowledge to make recommendations that enable client’s strategic agenda.
• Ability to leverage specialized System Delivery & Modernization domain knowledge to make recommendations that enable client’s strategic agenda.
• Ability to employ rich and deep knowledge of a specific System Delivery & Modernization domain to design a System Delivery & Modernization solution plan and drive the System Delivery & Modernization agenda.
• Ability to apply expert knowledge to strengthen & deliver the System Delivery & Modernization strategy that further informs the business case for client in alignment with client's business strategy.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
