Deloitte China established its Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Chongqing, a key growth engine of China, in 2015. The Center provides innovative, multi-lingual offerings that support compliance and advisory services. GDC helps drive maximum efficiency and provides centralized "plug and play" internal services, enabling a scope of work that serves global clients and the Deloitte network better, making a real impact that matters. The Deloitte GDC has established offices in Chongqing, Dalian, and Guangzhou.

Work you'll do

• Engage the stakeholders to understand client business requirements including activities like conducting workshop, client interview, team meeting, following action plans

• Analysis the legacy system to get the data logic and business logic

• Work with Technical Analyst on BI system requirement analysis and KPI / Report design

• Conduct gap analysis between the AS-IS landscape against the envisioned TO-BE state

• Prepare the structured business requirement documents in English

• Facilitate SIT, UAT, User Training

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor above degree or above

• 3 ~ 6 years hands-on experiences on BA project

• Professional team player with good communication skill

• Capability on the structured requirement document

• Experienced working in a MNC working environment

• Proficient English read, write and speak

• Supply Chain working experience is plus.

• Familiarly with BI project development

• Familiar with SQL language, excel

• Project management experience is big plus
