Description and Requirements
- Job Description:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of Global Infrastructure finance related activities
- Monitor and analyze financial data and continue upgrading financial models for decision support
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes
- Prepare monthly financial reports including budgets, forecasts, and performance review
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Advise on short and long-term business and financial planning
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
- Present financial reports to stakeholders, executives, and monthly review in formal meetings
- Work with stakeholders and finance users to define the requirement and then explain the system solution, and translate into system requirements
- Collect Business needs and working with other Key Contributors, identifying the issue and solving the problems
- Actively contribute to the Finance planning tool and processes (Global & local) project (definitions of needs, functional design…)
- Highlight risks and opportunities, and work with BU's MD & the Finance Head to formulate strategies and plans to meet business target
- Partner with business unit teams on all aspects of business analysis (financial, scenario planning, business cases)
- Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in Cloud industry
- Strong understanding of IT and Hardware business principles and practices
- Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Proficient user of finance software such as SAP, BW
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/ACCA or similar is considered a plus
