About the Business
Work you'll do
2. 熟悉数据资产盘点方法论，可以独立完成或指导项目团队完成数据资产盘点；
3. 结合主流数据平台技术及工具，为客户提供定制化的数据平台设计方案，方案涵盖高阶方案设计及详细方案设计，包括但不限于：
a)定制化的云上数据平台整体架构、应用架构、技术架构、数据架构、数据迁移方案；
b) 数据平台概念模型、逻辑模型及物理模型的设计、ETL详细设计、以及Mapping设计；
c)客户数据平台治理及运维体系的设计包括，产品或工具选型、技术架构设计；
d)POC项目的设计及实施；
e)总控调度的设计、异常处理机制的设计、数据产品的选型，数据处理性能优化等相关工作。
We are looking for someone with
2.至少5年以上数据治理或相关领域的工作经验，有大型数据治理项目咨询或实施经验者优先。
3.熟悉数据治理框架和标准，有DAMA-CDGA/CDGP等专业认证者优先。
4.熟悉各类主流数据管理工具，有实际大数据平台或者云上数据湖落地经验，有大型数据平台端到端项目实施经验者优先；
具备优秀的沟通能力、团队合作精神和问题解决能力。
