Work you'll do
1. 产品需求沟通：与产品经理和设计同事沟通，了解产品要实现的功能；
2. 产品功能开发：根据需求实现相应的产品功能，确保产品的稳定性、实时性、并发能力；
3. 产品文档编写： 编写对应模块的数据库文档、代码时序图等；协助开发经理补充架构文档；
4. 产品功能交付：与产品、设计、开发、测试、运维等同事沟通，按项目计划完成开发工作的前后端联调、测试和部署上线。

We are looking for someone with
1. 计算机相关本科及以上学历；
2. 熟悉Java编码规范、数据库设计规范。了解虚拟机原理和内存管理机制；
3. 熟练掌握Spring全家桶，熟悉Sprint Boot框架，了解Sprint Cloud框架；熟悉至少一种常用的数据库或缓存如My SQL、Postgre SQL、Redis等；
4. 熟悉至少一种常用的消息队列组件如Rabbit MQ、Rocket MQ、Kafka等；熟悉后端应用与数据湖、数据仓库、调度工具等对接方式开发；
