What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the project team to understand business requirements and develop communication strategies.
• Create content for all channels, including website, newsletter, blog, organic social media, and paid social media, to tell each story effectively.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends, update teams on significant events and trending topics, and integrate them into the editorial workflow to boost traffic and engagement.
• Create content strategies for new customer acquisition and ROI optimization.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to produce reports with key metrics (impressions, traffic, conversions, etc.) to evaluate content effectiveness.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors on content-related tasks.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy or a related role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin in both writing and verbal skill
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.
