Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:Responsible for determining market potential, align territories, prioritize opportunities, & optimize resources to drive CT business in China. Leading a dedicated CT sales & sales specialist team in the region to achieve optimal coverage & penetration of market for various CT segments for different channels. Develop & implement NPI strategies by working with upstream teams in HQ Sales & Specialist team efficiency & effectiveness. Invest, train & develop talent with CT domain knowledge. Build Winning Culture & improve customer touch time, especially for KOLs/luminaries and channel partners. Commercialize share gain programs pricing control, forecasting accuracy & linearity commercially drive operating mechanisms.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
- 15+ years of extensive commercial experience plus minimum of 5 years of experience in selling diagnostic imaging equipment ideally.
- Ideally done at least one role where there is significant annual target size, or managed multi-layer teams.
- Proven strategic thinking and project planning skills.
- Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all level .Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Proven track record on relationship building skills, high level presentation skills, able to present ideas to customers and luminaries in a way that produces understanding and impact.
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based sales process.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with hospital and channel partner C-Suite. Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic.
Desired Characteristics:
Master’s degree preferred. Deep knowledge of GE Healthcare and the products and services offered. Fluent in English language.
