工作职责：

订单管理和SAP运营：
- 负责订单从进入到执行的整个生命周期，确保一个顺利、高效的流程，确保与实现对客户提供优质服务的承诺相一致。
- 建立和维护客户管理系统，并相应更新系统（SAP， CRM）。
- 提交SAP发票，以100%准确地开具税务发票并将最终发票发送给客户。

主动计划未完成订单：
- 有效管理所有未完成订单的提前计划，以满足客户的服务需求。
- 确保订单及时分配，并在访问日期前发放给现场服务工程师。

客户沟通与协调：
- 通过电话或电子邮件与客户合作，安排和确认服务访问。
- 确保客户充分了解将要进行的工作和计划日期。

进度监控和完成：
- 监控并记录所有客户订单的进度，确保及时完成。
- 计划和执行服务访问期间出现的任何额外工作。

订单维护和质量报告：
- 维护所有订单的准确记录，确保质量报告的正确分配。
- 与其他团队紧密合作，快速响应客户需求。

团队协调：
- 与包括STC（服务技术中心），FSE（现场服务工程师），物流，技术支持和销售在内的跨职能团队密切合作，以简化服务交付并解决可能出现的任何问题，确保每个团队都符合客户的需求和期望。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历，英文良好，熟练运用办公软件。
- 良好的组织能力，在确保准确性和对细节的关注的同时能进行多任务处理。
- 协调物流并主动更新，保持订单流程顺利运行。
- 管理准确的数据输入，确保信息被正确捕获和维护。
- 熟练运用SAP交易，了解SD（销售和分销）和CS（客户服务）模块，持续提高订单管理和客户服务运营效率。
- 理解并参与内部团队（STC， FSE，物流和销售）之间的信任和协作，以提高服务质量并满足客户期望。
- 有发现和创造性地解决问题的经验，以防止中断并确保客户满意度。
- 有效应对和管理变化，确保在动态环境中持续提供卓越的服务。
- 对任务进行优先排序和交付，以确保按时完成订单并遵守既定的时间表。
