Job Description
-
日常进口报关操作（海运/空运/快件）：船期跟踪，核对进口单证、商品信息、运保杂费、进口税费，异常处理。
-
日常出口报关操作（海运/空运/快件/公路/物流园）：订舱，制作出口单证，核对出口申报单、商品信息、运保杂费，船期跟踪，异常处理。
-
进口许可证件申领。
-
出口原产地证，商事认证文件等申领。
-
进出口商品归类。
-
进出口费用账单核对，请款。
-
进出口相关文件归类存档。
-
报关行和运输供应商的日常管理，确保在一个合理的成本下操作公司进出口业务。
-
进出口数据月报统计。
-
及时了解最新的海关法规、政策，并传导到公司相关部门，确保公司进出口业务在合法的情况下操作。
-
持续改进并优化公司进出口流程，缩短清关时间。
-
完成部门经理交付的其他任务。
Qualifications
-
大专或以上学历，关务相关专业。
-
五年以上关务管理经验。
-
熟知海关法律法规、进出口操作流程。
-
熟知国际贸易条款。
-
具备关务软件及ERP系统的操作经验。
-
熟练使用Microsoft Office Tool。
-
良好的团队精神和沟通协调能力，逻辑思维强，学习和抗压能力强。认真细心、做事严谨、有责任心。
-
良好的英文阅读书写能力。
