Responsibilities
- Execute S2MC Metal cutting strategy.
- Grow KMT Share at S2MC Customers thru one. Retail two. Online e channel
- Develop Retail & e channel in China.
- Set up e channel Shop.
- Execute Retail Channel key actions.
- Onboard New Retailers across China, Piloting with identified 3 provinces - Jiangsu Zhejiang Guangdong
- Responsible for day-to-day Commercial activities for Retail & Digital channel
- Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Manufacturing & Territory commercial team.
- Co-ordinate with the Marketing Team for Branding, Promotions.
- Manage the day-to-day interaction with the Retailers & e commerce partner.
- Daily / Monthly Orders & Sales generation thru New channels – Retail + e channel
- Foster an environment which stimulates open communication, creativity, imagination and creates a team spirit that solves problems and builds the Retail & e channel business.
Requirements:
- Sales & Channel management
- Experience in Channel Sales Development (Industrial consumables / Abrasives / FMCG Industry)
- Understanding of Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing
- Product Knowledge, Critical thinking, Problem solving.
- Active listening, communication,
- Project Management
- Building relationships
- Customer first mind set.
