Digital Marketing Manager (Bilingual - Chinese/English)
Registrar Corp’s mission is to promote consumer health and safety by providing over 30,000 food, cosmetic, medical device, and drug companies in 180+ countries with US FDA compliance software and services. We are growing fast and seeking talented and dedicated professionals to join our team as we focus on expanding our presence in the China market.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is bilingual in Chinese and English and has a proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive lead generation. This role will directly report to the USA SVP of Marketing, who will give strategic direction, manage priorities and ensure accountability aligned to the business plan.
This role will dotted-line report to the local China business leader, who will provide local market insights that will inform our Marketing demand generation strategy. This person will need to work as both, an individual contributor and a manager. As an individual contributor, this person will own and execute tactics incremental to the output of the team. As a manager this person will give team members direction on their daily tasks and mentor their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Expertise: Maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and demand generation specifically on Baidu, while learning and applying our buyer personas to determine e Vective presence on Chinese social platforms, such as We Chat, Little Red Book, Bilibili, and others.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a multi-channel, integrated marketing strategy tailored for the China market that maximizes lead generation performance.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage a significant paid advertising budget, ensuring e Vective allocation across channels to capture high-quality leads.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of marketers, fostering a collaborative environment to manage Paid, Owned, and Earned media channels.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate demand generation performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
- Executive Communication: Present marketing strategies, performance metrics, and outcomes to executives, focusing on business objectives and high-level insights while also diving into details with the team as needed.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices specific to the China market, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Webinars and Events: Experience executing webinars, events and seminars end to-end; from tactics to drive attendance to event execution itself to lead follow-up.
- Remote Collaboration: Collaborate with a US-based manager and cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on lead generation in the China market.
- Budget Management: Proven experience managing digital advertising budgets and optimizing spend for lead acquisition.
- Platform Proficiency: Deep experience in maximizing ROAS and demand generation specifically on Baidu, as well as other key Chinese social platforms.
- Team Leadership: Experience leading a marketing team and coordinating across various marketing channels.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in MSOVice suite, Hub Spot, Go To Webinar or similar apps.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics. Comfortable with gathering relevant data and doing spreadsheet analysis that helps improve demand generation and pipeline performance.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Remote Work Experience: Experience working remotely with global teams.
